Our team is supported by a responsive Investment Committee based in Paris, a group of seasoned Industrial Advisors and independent directors and an influential Advisory Board.

Jocelyn Lefebvre

One of Sagard’s Founding Partners. Has 25 years of operational and financial experience with many prominent organizations.

Began his career in 1980 at Arthur Andersen in Montreal, then in Europe. Jocelyn joined the Canadian manufacturing group MIL in 1986, holding a number of top executive positions while also serving as CEO of Vickers Inc., one of the group’s main subsidiaries. Became the Power Corporation Group’s representative in Europe in 1992 and took part in the financial and industrial restructuring of Pargesa, a holding company that currently has interests in Total, Suez, Bertelsmann and Imerys.

Is a graduate from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal.
