Rik Battey

Joined Sagard team in 2002 as Investment Director, bringing extensive transaction expertise acquired through numerous LBO-related due diligence assignments. He has been promoted Partner in January 2010.

As a Director in the Transaction Services Department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 11 years, he worked on a long series of complex international transactions, many of them large LBO deals in Europe.

Is a graduate from Swansea University (UK) and is a UK chartered accountant.
