Joined Sagard in 2002 as an Investment Director. He has solid experience building and carrying out LBOs financing structure in France and the rest of Europe.
Began his career at the Citibank Corporate Finance Department in Paris, and then moved to a position in acquisition financing at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in London, taking part in a large number of financing and recapitalization transactions before financing major M&A deals in Europe.
Is a graduate from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
