Joined Sagard in 2002 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, bringing substantial experience in financial audit and organization.
Began her career with Andersen in Paris, where over 15 years she held a variety of positions, including Audit Director and Deputy Corporate Secretary for Andersen France. During this period, she conducted a number of international group infrastructure reorganization projects, and was responsible for the operational management of the administrative and financial departments at Andersen France.
Is a graduate from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
