Dhanya Sivadas is a Digital Solutions Analyst at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023. Dhanya is responsible for evaluating and analyzing business practices and identifying areas of process & system improvement across the organization, supporting the Technology Project Manager in planning & implementing digital transformation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (IE Finance, HR, Operations) to develop & maintain process documentation in a collaborative fashion and serving as an expert in technical business processes, promoting increased efficiency on multiple levels. Dhanya is a member of the Technology team and is based in Mississauga, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Dhanya was a Strategic Advisor for Seagate Technology, Canada for two years and prior to that she was a Business Analyst at Pinnacle Seven Technologies in India.
Dhanya holds an MBA from Bharathiyar University, and B.E from Anna University. Dhanya also holds the CCBA certification from IIBA, a globally recognized institution for Business Analysts.
