Larry Lance is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Development. He leads development and all development business plan implementations. Larry is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment, Culture & Mentorship and Public Relations Committees. He has 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and supervised the asset and portfolio management of more than $2.2B in real estate investments for EverWest and its prior entity.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Larry was the Midwest Regional President for The Galbreath Company. Larry is actively involved with the Corporate Board of Directors for NAIOP and was the National Chairman of the Board in 2020. He is currently a Board of Director at Jeffco Action Center and an Officer position on three Metropolitan District Boards in Colorado. Larry received his Associate Degree in Applied Sciences.
