Mike Warren is the Chief Legal Officer, overseeing enterprise legal function and providing strategic direction on key contract negotiations, fiduciary, risk, and government matters. Mike is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment, DEI and Risk Management Committees. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate legal matters and investments.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for McWhinney and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Vail Resorts. Mike is a member of the Executive Board and Board of Trustees for Bravo! Vail Music Festival. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Lehigh University.
