Sandro Costa has joined Sagard firm in 2022 as an IT Operations Analyst and a member of the IT Operations Team.  He is responsible for managing technical support for all Sagard offices. He is based in Montreal, Canada. 

Prior to Sagard, Sandro was an IT Service Delivery Analyst at Aldo Group where he participated to create the new Help Desk team.  He was responsible for end-user IT support and the management of audio/video broadcasting.  Prior to Aldo, Sandro was working for SC360 where he spent over 4 years supporting telecommunication technicians across the province of Quebec. 

Sandro has graduated in Technical Support at EMICA (École des Métiers de l’Informatique du Commerce et de l’Administration)
