Erin Opolko is a Vice President of Private Equity Canada at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. Erin is responsible for originating, structuring, investing, and portfolio company management across all sectors. Erin is based in Montreal, Quebec.
Prior to Sagard, Erin was a Principal at National Bank’s inaugural SME private equity fund where she focused on direct investments across diversified industries in Quebec.
Previously, Erin worked as Vice President, Investment Banking at Desjardins Capital Markets where she led execution of public market M&A transactions and equity financings. In addition, Erin’s experience includes investment banking at Scotiabank, as well as equity research covering Aerospace, Industrials and Transportation sectors.
Erin holds a B.Com from McGill University.
