The Value Creation team assists our investment teams with due diligence pre-investment and partners with portfolio companies in accelerating growth post-investment. The team is supported by a global network of seasoned advisors across industries.

Go-to-Market

Our Go-to-Market team supercharges revenue growth by providing on-demand brand, sales and marketing expertise to portfolio companies in leadership coaching, talent sourcing and recruiting and performance improvement.

Tech & Cyber

Our Tech and Cyber team mitigates operational risks by helping companies scale their technology and cybersecurity capabilities.

Business Acceleration and M&A

Our Business Acceleration and M&A team partners with portfolio companies to accelerate the implementation of transformational business initiatives, including operational improvements, acquisitions, and exit readiness.

Partnerships

Our Partnerships team facilitates commercial introductions between members of our ecosystem. It facilitates bespoke commercial introductions that connect our portfolio companies’ innovative solutions to the strategic priorities of our investors and partners for win-win outcomes.

Kiloutou

Between 2005 and 2011, Sagard supported the company’s reorganisation and very robust organic growth, which expanded the French network from 130 to 289 branches over the period. This growth drive was supported by the fact that initial leverage was kept low and more than 90% of total EBITDA generated over the period was ploughed back into the company.

Since 2011, Sagard has backed the second phase of Kiloutou’s expansion, led by the acquisition of 17 companies in France, Germany, Spain and Poland.
