Sharon is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience growing brands and businesses within Unilever. Her most recent positions were Global Brand Vice President and North American Personal Care Vice President. She has been recognized as a leading marketer by her peers and led award-winning marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, content and traditional communications. Having held Global, US and Canadian roles, Sharon has expertise leading and executing consumer driven strategy, segmentation, brand portfolio management and delivering revenue, share and profit growth.
Sharon has been a Diversity and Inclusion leader for the past decade, designing and spearheading Villa Leadership for Women, Unilever and the World Food Program’s designated program for Women’s Leadership. She is a Catalyst Canada Business Honouree and one of WXN’s Most Powerful Women.
