Paris, June 6, 2022 – Sagard has joined forces with Article 1 to promote equal opportunity and to help young people from working-class backgrounds find employment.

Created from the merger of two major associations fighting against inequality of opportunity -Frateli & Passeport Avenir- Article 1 works for a society where orientation, success in studies and professional integration do not depend on social, economic and cultural origins; for a society where success depends on social ties and civic commitment.

Each year, the association helps more than 100,000 young people to achieve their full potential, to become independent and to take control of their future thanks to support programs from high school through to professional integration.

Guided by common values, Sagard and Article 1 are setting up a partnership for 2022 – 2023.

With this merger, we want to change scale to create more social mobility and transform our country. We want to multiply our impact on the fronts of guidance, academic success and access to the most qualified jobs so that only potential, work and aspirations count.
