Aikta Jain is Managing Director, Capital Formation at Sagard and joined the firm in 2026. She is responsible for our real estate capital raising efforts and is based in Los Angeles, United States.
Prior to joining Sagard, Aikta was a Managing Director at Urban Partners, a leading Northern European Real Estate manager with c. €23 billion in AUM, where she led the North American capital raising team. She brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and capital formation.
Aikta holds an MBA in Finance from London Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She also holds a PMP certification, IMC qualifications, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
