Alpha Lam is a Senior Director, Asset Management, leading real estate management for the Pacific Northwest US portfolio. He oversees the implementation of asset-level business plans, including leasing, capital improvements, redevelopment, valuations, and dispositions for Sagard Real Estate’s investments across Northen California, Washington, and Oregon markets. He manages leasing, property management, and client relationships in the market. Alpha has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Alpha was a former VP of Finance and Asset Manager at Prologis, Inc. Alpha received his B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis.
