Amanda Gaiotti is a Partner at Sagard and has been a member of the Corporate Development team since joining the firm in 2020. She leads M&A integration across the Sagard platform and plays a significant role in Sagard’s acquisitions, from transaction execution to value creation. She also contributes to a broad range of growth initiatives across the platform, including strategic partnerships, the launch of new investment strategies, and portfolio company value creation.
Amanda is part of the leadership team of Sagard Private Equity Solutions, a newly formed $23B+ platform, and serves on its Executive Committee. Her broader platform contributions include Sagard’s strategic partnerships with Lunate, Canada Life, and BMO, as well as M&A integration advisory support to portfolio companies including Dialogue, Lou-tec, Borrowell, nesto, and others.
Prior to Sagard, Amanda was Senior Director of Strategy, Transformation & Integration at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, where she led strategic planning and post-acquisition integrations under TPG Capital’s ownership. She holds an MBA from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management and is a former athlete and elected captain of the Canadian National Synchronized Skating Team.
