Asiff Hirji is the former President of Figure in San Francisco. Figure provides consumer financial solutions for home improvement, debt consolidation, and retirement planning.
Previously, Asiff was President and COO at Coinbase, where he scaled the largest cryptocurrency broker, exchange, and custodian to over $1B in revenues and raised $300M. He has worked as a faculty member teaching PE courses at the Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley, served as Chairman of the Board at Saxo Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark (2010 – 2018), acted as Operating Advisor at Andreessen Horowitz, and reported directly to Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman (2014 – 2017) as Chief Restructuring Officer.
From 2006 to 2007, Asiff served as the President of TD Ameritrade Holding Company, a formerly publicly traded provider of securities brokerage services. He has also served as a Senior Advisor at Bain Capital, Founder Partner at Inflekxion, TPG Capital, Bain & Company, Netfolio, and Mitchell Madison Group, and Director at Citrix Systems, Eze Software Group, RentPath, and TES Global Limited in London. Asiff currently serves as an advisory board member for Nubank in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Director at Forge and Lefteris Acquisition Corp.
