Augustin Perrin has served as an Investment Manager at Sagard in Europe since 2020. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Augustin invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in executing investment transactions as well as monitoring portfolio companies. He is based in Paris.
Augustin started his career in 2017 at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in Paris. He has been involved in several M&A and capital markets transactions for French corporates and private equity funds, notably in the telco, healthcare, real estate and business services sectors. Before that, Augustin completed two internships at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Sagard in Paris.
He is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and holds an MSc. in Management (Programme Grande École) from HEC Paris.
