Camila is a Managing Director, Asset Management, leading real estate management for the Northeast US portfolio. She oversees the implementation of asset-level business plans, including leasing, capital improvements, redevelopment, valuations, and dispositions for Sagard Real Estate’s investments across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts markets.
Prior to her role at Sagard Real Estate, Camila was a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Thor Equities where she oversaw a diverse portfolio across Thor’s US business, including industrial, residential, retail, office, life science and hospitality assets. She has held roles in asset management at AIG Global Real Estate and acquisitions at BentallGreenOak.
Camila received an M.B.A from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in political science and sociology and a certificate in markets and management studies.
