Chad Messer is a Managing Director, Portfolio Management & Deputy Chief Investment Officer. Chad currently serves as portfolio manager for three separate accounts with large pension fund clients. He has previous experience as a Portfolio Manager on the U.S. Property Fund & Plus Strategies and three additional separate accounts with Sagard Real Estate.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Chad started his career in real estate at Kroger Co. and he has 15 years of commercial real estate investment experience. Chad received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. He remains active in the Wisconsin real estate program as a board member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
