Chrismos Egbewole is a Director, Corporate Development at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023 where he supports strategic initiatives including M&A transactions related to the development and growth of Sagard’s platform.
Prior to Sagard, Chrismos worked at Bank of America in the Investment Banking Division, Financial Institutions Group covering Private Equity GP stakes and M&A transactions for alternative and traditional asset management firms. In addition, he worked at Deloitte and EY in management consulting and strategy focusing on Banks and FinTech companies, and at BMO Capital Markets in private debt and credit risk management.
Chrismos holds a B.Sc. in Statistics and Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, a M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics from McMaster University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
