Christophe de Dardel is a Managing Partner at Sagard Private Equity Solutions and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Christophe joined Unigestion, now part of Sagard Private Equity Solutions, in 2001 as an analyst covering venture capital. Over more than two decades, he has held a number of senior leadership roles in the company. He was appointed Head of Private Equity Investments in 2004, overseeing fund selection, secondary investments and direct co-investments. In 2009, he became Head of Portfolio Management, responsible for developing partnerships with large institutional clients. He served as Head of Private Equity from 2016 to 2022 and was appointed CEO of Unigestion in January 2023. Today, he continues to play a central role in the development of Sagard Private Equity Solutions globally.
Prior to joining the firm, Christophe spent more than ten years at Société Générale de Surveillance, in Europe, Africa and the Americas. He subsequently founded and led the Swisscom Venture Fund, a corporate initiative dedicated to backing entrepreneurial spin-offs from Swisscom.
Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and has completed executive education programs at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
