Dominique Ritchie is Chief of Staff at Portage and joined the firm in 2024. Dominique works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for strategic planning, leading strategic initiatives, business development, and platform operations. Dominique is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Portage, Dominique spent five years in Investment Banking at TD Securities in both Toronto and New York, where she focused on M&A in the Communications, Media, and Technology sectors.
Dominique holds an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
