Elisabeth Almeida is the Lead, Compensation and HRIS at Sagard and joined the firm in October 2022. Elisabeth is responsible for the overall design and execution of the firm’s compensation strategy including compensation policies, structures and processes and for overseeing all the aspects of the HR systems. Elisabeth is a member of the People and Culture team and is based in Montréal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Elisabeth was Total Rewards Manager at MRH RJ Aviation where she oversaw the Global compensation including pension and benefits across Canada, the USA, and some countries in Europe. She also experienced working at Desjardins and Ubisoft, always in compensation departments where she was also leading the global mobility policies and their applications throughout the companies.
Elisabeth is from France, and she landed in Montréal 20 years ago. She holds 2 certificates in Compensation from the World at Work Association which trains compensation professionals in North America.
