Erik Good is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Acquisitions. Erik manages Sagard Real Estate’s national acquisitions group responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities on behalf of clients. He has 28 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisition, asset management, and brokerage.
Erik has been involved with the operations, marketing, leasing, and disposition of over 12M sf of commercial properties and has directed the acquisition of over $1B of investment across nearly 100 institutional quality Industrial, Office, and Multi-family assets.
