Gregory Denis is Senior Corporate Counsel at Sagard Real Estate, responsible for the management and negotiation of legal and risk issues across our diverse portfolio of real estate assets and for supporting the growth of our fund and separate account platforms.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Greg was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Greg received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
