Hassan Iqbal is a Director, Tax at Sagard and joined the firm in 2024. Hassan is responsible for all tax related matter at Sagard. Hassan is a member of the finance team and is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Hassan was a Senior Manager at TD Asset Management, where he was responsible for leading the tax function of the asset management business. He started his career with PwC in their Toronto office where he was part of the financial services tax group.
Hassan holds a Master in Taxation (MTax) degree from University of Waterloo and Bachelors in Accounting from Brock University.
