Jeffrey Reals is a Partner at Sagard Private Equity Solutions and Co-Head of Direct Investments. Jeff sits on the boards of directors of various companies and is a member of the advisory boards of selected private equity funds.
Jeff joined Performance Equity Management, now part of Sagard Private Equity Solutions, in 2005. Prior to joining Sagard, he was a Portfolio Manager in Private Equity at General Motors Investment Management Corporation (GMIMCo) and a member of the private equity investment approval committee. Before joining GMIMCo in 1998, Jeff worked at Advent International in London, Hong Kong, and Boston, where he sourced, analysed, valued, and executed investment opportunities. Prior to Advent, Jeff worked as a consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance, focusing primarily on international business development strategies.
Jeff is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom. He received his undergraduate degree with honours from Colgate University.
