Kelsea Donavan joined the firm in 2023 as Manager, People transformation initiatives within the People and culture team. Kelsea is tasked with spearheading the strategic evolution of Sagard’s procedures and programs relating to People & Culture.
Prior to joining Sagard, Kelsea was at Diagram Ventures, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and swiftly progressed to the role of HR & Talent Manager. Before her tenure at Diagram, Kelsea held a position of responsibility overseeing key accounts at Randstad, managing diverse portfolios on both the candidate and client side.
Kelsea earned her degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Human Rights Law from Concordia University.
