Mark Bigarel is Chief Operating Officer, Head of Investments for Sagard Real Estate. Mark is responsible for managing the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Property Management and Development Groups at the firm. Mark is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment, Valuation, Finance, and Executive Committees. He has over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been directly involved with closing over $3B worth of real estate assets and has overseen an additional $3B+ of acquisitions.
Prior to Mark’s role at Sagard Real Estate, he worked in Asset Management at GE Capital and Acquisitions at BlackRock. Mark received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Clarkson University and his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Cortland College.
