Mark Hoopes is the Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the enterprise compliance
function and providing strategic direction on key regulatory matters. He has 30 years of financial
services experience with 20 years dedicated to Registered Investment Advisor compliance.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Mark was the former Chief Compliance Officer at Adelante Capital
Management and a Principal with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Mark also proudly served 7 years
as an officer in the United States Navy. Mark received his B.S. in Business Administration from the
University of Florida and his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
