Mike Gagne is Senior Managing Director, Head of Property Management overseeing a national team that provides all property management services for the Sagard Real Estate portfolio. Mike is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s ESG and Culture & Mentorship Committees. He has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, including oversight of a 7M sf multi-client portfolio of office and industrial assets in the metro-Denver area. Mike also managed 690,000 sf class A+ office tower in Denver’s CBD.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Mike served as Associate Director of Property Management and General Manager at CBRE, and in 2015 held CBRE Team Leader of the Year. He was also a former General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Mike received his B.S. from St. Lawrence University and is a Licensed Associate Broker in the State of Colorado.
