Peter McNally is Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Management and a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment and Executive Committees. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including as portfolio manager of a $3B open-end fund as well as numerous separately managed accounts.
Most recently, Peter managed Sagard Real Estate’s Investor Relations team. Earlier in his career, he served in several senior management roles at Blackrock Real Estate including as Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Transactions. Immediately prior to joining Sagard Real Estate, Peter served as Executive Director of a state agency for the State of Rhode Island tasked with redeveloping 50 acres of former highway land running through center-city Providence. Here he led the creation and development of Providence’s Design and Innovation District. During Peter’s tenure, development within the district included office, lab, hotel, retail and apartment buildings as well as the State of Rhode Island’s flagship urban park which includes an award-winning pedestrian bridge over the Providence River.
Peter received his B.S. from Boston University and M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
