Peter McNally is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Investors Relations and Capital Raising. He is responsible for leading all of the firm’s client-related activities and product development. Peter is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment and Executive Committees. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including portfolio manager of a value-add, open-end real estate fund with $3B in assets. Pete holds the Series 24, 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
Prior to Peter’s role at Sagard Real Estate, he served as Executive Director of a state agency for the State of Rhode Island. Prior to that, he served in a number of executive roles at BlackRock Real Estate including Head of Global Client Group, Head of Transactions, and Senior Portfolio Manager. Peter received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and M.S. in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
