Rick Stone is the President and CEO of Sagard Real Estate, where he directs Sagard Real Estate’s business and investment strategies. He is based in Denver, CO.
Rick founded Alliance Commercial Partners in 1997, which became EverWest in 2013, and further became Sagard Real Estate in 2023. He has 38 years of experience in commercial real estate, developing and acquiring over $3B of assets. Prior to Sagard Real Estate he served as Vice Chairman of The Galbreath Company.
Rick holds a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College and an M.S.I.A from Carnegie Mellon University.
