Thanh Nguyen is the Global Corporate Controller and Senior Vice-President at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023. Thanh is responsible to oversee financial reporting and to lead our global operations for accounting advice & policies, processes & internal controls, consolidation and taxes. Thanh is a member of the finance leadership team and is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Thanh was a Senior Vice President Finance at Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, where she was responsible for leading the financial reporting, corporate controller, asset management & special projects teams. She started her career with PwC in their offices in Montreal, San Jose and Toronto.
Thanh holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and a bachelor’s degree from Université de Sherbrooke.
