Todd Sammann is Head of Credit Strategies, responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio management across the firm’s credit investment activities.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Todd served as Chief Investment Officer of Global Credit Strategies at CBRE Investment Management from 2018 to 2022, and Founder & Managing Partner of Narrative Capital, a credit investment manager spun out from Colony Capital in 2015 and acquired by CBRE IM in 2018. Todd served as Head of Credit Strategies at Colony Capital from 2008 to 2015, after roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
