Tom Karbowski is Managing Director, Capital Markets, responsible for all existing and new debt activities. He has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience; asset management, dispositions, debt and equity originations, acquisitions, and portfolio management.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, Tom was the former Managing Director for Portfolio Management and Acquisitions with Sagard Real Estate and its subsidiaries and formerly with Citigroup (NYSE: C) managing the Midwest Regional real estate production office. Tom received his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
