Vesna Sipp joined Sagard in 2026 as a Principal on the Capital Formation team, where she is responsible for raising assets across the wider Sagard platform, with a focus on UK-based investors. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Vesna brings 20 years of experience in capital formation and investor relations, having held roles at Hamilton Lane, ICG and MidEuropa, where she worked with institutional and family office investors globally.
She holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
