1. Portage’s portfolio companies included in this list reflect its current portfolio companies with over US$2M in invested capital (Portage Ventures III) and over C$2M in cumulative invested capital (Portage Ventures I & Portage Ventures II) and current and former portfolio companies which have been acquired as well as companies which have undergone an initial public offering (as applicable), as of September 30, 2022. Certain other investments are excluded from this list, including but not limited to, investments for which the issuer has not provided permission to disclose publicly. 
2. Certain portfolio companies among the Sagard Credit, Sagard Senior Lending and Sagard Healthcare strategies are excluded from this list, including but not limited to, investments for which the issuer has not provided permission to disclose publicly.
