Jerry Lin is a Director, Valuations at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. Jerry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of valuation matters across the Sagard platform including all fund asset classes, holding company investments, incentive compensation related matters and various strategic projects. He is a member of the valuation committee and finance team and is based in Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Jerry spent nearly a decade at KPMG Canada and US where he was leading valuation, transaction advisory, and financial modelling services engagements for publicly traded and privately held companies and asset managers. Prior to that, Jerry worked at transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young and audit practice in KPMG.
Jerry holds an MBA degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a CFA charterholder.
