Taylor Overing is Senior Legal Counsel at Sagard and joined the firm in January 2022, after a one-year secondment from Torys LLP. Taylor is a member of the legal team and is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Taylor practiced corporate law at Torys LLP, where he was an active member of the firm’s M&A and private equity funds groups.
Taylor holds a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a B.A.H. from Queen’s University.
