Scott Striegel is a Senior Principal, Sagard Credit at Sagard and joined the firm in 2024.
Scott invests in non-sponsored credit opportunities in the North American middle market and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. Scott is based in Los Angeles, California.
Prior to Sagard, Scott spent over 17 years at PIMCO in multiple roles focused on investing in private and public corporate credit. In his most recent role he was Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager in the Distressed and Private Credit Group at PIMCO where he focused on investing in both private and liquid opportunities across the capital structure. He previously served on the boards of Just Energy and Texgen Power.
Scott holds a M.B.A. from UCLA and B.A. from Arizona State University.
